Public Health and Medical Preparedness
Public Health and Medical Preparedness

Public health preparedness encompasses an all-hazards approach in implementing key processes such as planning, training and exercising to continually improve capability and readiness.

It includes public health interventions that have the greatest potential to prevent, treat, and mitigate the consequences of any threat. These threats include all types of hazards, including natural, biological, chemical, radiological and nuclear events.

To support your public health and medical preparedness needs, our staff includes military medical personnel, educators who teach public health at the university and medical school level, and industry experts in preparation of community emergency response plans.
