Summary

The 92A Automated Logistical Specialist Instructor/Writer will provide instructor services for the Quartermaster School mission of training Army personnel to the highest standards. The Instructor is responsible for testing, student administration, classroom setup, maintaining equipment. The Instructors will follow Quartermaster School policies to attain proponent certification required in order to instruct.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Be able to employ Blended Learning Products {Digital Training Enabler, Interactive Multimedia, Instructional and Global Combat Support Systems - Army Live Educational Environment (GCSS-Army Live eEnv)}.
  • Meet training, technical and tactical certification of course content, and document experience level requirements.
  • Possess a minimum of six years of experience in the MOS they will instruct. *Note: A/C and R/C time will be calculated accordingly.
  • Possess prior experience as an instructor or observer/controller.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Be able to perform duties requiring moderate lifting (not to exceed 45 lbs.), long periods of standing, sitting or walking, outdoor exposure and endure inclement weather conditions on occasion.
  • Have the ability to complete and shall complete the Common Faculty Development Program-Instructor Course (CFDP-IC) or its equivalent prior to instruction.Have the ability to complete and shall complete the Installation Staff and Contractors Training Courses (ISCTC) prior to instruction.
  • Be able to obtain and shall obtain a score of 90 or better on all written and practical exams for instructional areas within 30 days of the start of performance.
  • Have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Preference for training development experience.
