This announcement is for Training Support personnel to plan, coordinate resources, and facilitate the execution of multi-echelon scenario-driven field training exercises that focus on Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills, tactics, field training, weapons training, staff functions and leader development for Adjutant General (AG) and Financial Management (FM) AIT training, Advanced Leader’s Course, Senior Leader’s Course, Basic Officer Leader’s Course, Captains Career Course, and AG Warrant Officer Basic and Advanced Courses.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess at least a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Have at least attained the rank of E5 (Sergeant) with five (5) years military experience in a combat arms Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) or experience as a Basic Combat Training Drill Sergeant. 
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Be able to perform duties requiring moderate lifting (not to exceed 45 lbs.)
  • Be able to stand, sit and walk for long periods
  • Be able to work during inclement weather conditions
  • Be able to complete seasonal weather safety training and certification of seasonal equipment.
  • Be able to complete mandatory training including Range Safety.
