The Deputy Program Manager will support the overall program execution of the Atterbury-Muscatatuck Center for Complex Operations (AMCCO) Cybertropolis Technology Environment Platform (CTEP), which includes: software design/development, systems engineering, systems integration/testing, systems security evaluation/accreditation, technical documentation, and system fielding/training. Will act as Program Manager in the absence of the Program Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

The position duties will involve, but are not limited to, projects in/on Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, radio communications, range instrumentation, and a wide variety of technical work. This position will provide technical services and materials to support the Atterbury-Muscatatuck Technology Division in overall operations, program coordination, and integration with the National Guard Bureau (NGB), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Joint Staff, United States Service Components, other relevant governmental agencies and JIIM partners IAW CDRL E003. Additionally, the duties include support for: facility development, exercise support, analysis, facility and technical systems operations, testing and evaluation, and program management efforts focusing on new or existing capabilities in the fields of, although not limited to, cyber, electronic warfare, RF communications, C4ISR, sensors, and manned/unmanned aircraft, vehicles, and weapon systems. All work will support Atterbury-Muscatatuck, tenant organizations, and other government and DoD organizations to achieve program planning objectives and operational goals.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline with a preference towards a technical degree.
  • Candidate must be a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Program Management Professional (PgMP) or possessing Level III Program Management Certification.
  • Documented experience of 5 years or more in a Deputy PM or Project/Program Manager position managing project budgets in excess of $5 Million dollars per program is acceptable as an equivalency for commercial. certification.
  • 5 years’ experience within the last 12 years in Program Management.
  • Senior level DoD experience.
  • Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance Required
