Strategic Analyses
Marton provides comprehensive analysis of organizational missions, objectives, and desired effects to assess current capabilities against known and projected future requirements. For our DOD customers, this analysis is conducted using the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) capabilities-based assessment (CBA) framework. Materiel Solutions
In those circumstances where only a new system will suffice to close critical Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) approved capability gaps, Marton personnel provide the subject matter expertise to ensure the key performance parameters of the system to be built directly target gap closure.

In utilizing the JCIDS process, Marton recommends an approach that best satisfies the desired capability. As Marton develops Initial Capability Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), and Capability Production Documents (CPD), and Concept of the Operation (CONOPS) Marton will:
